A fleet driver has a tire incident and submits a request through the app. The fleet administrator reviews and approves it before any provider is notified. You never show up to unauthorized work.
Your phone receives a push notification with complete job details before you decide anything. Exact GPS location, distance from your position, truck type, tire position and size, and your exact payout for this job. You have 15 minutes to accept or decline.
When you accept you already know the tire size, the truck configuration, the exact location, and the amount you will be paid. No surprises on arrival. No scope disputes. No calling back to clarify.
